with options, do you mean the following?

|+Buddy| |+Group| |>Menu|

what browser do you use?
would you please mention the steps to reproduce?

please make sure you have created a group first.
you can then add buddies to the apropriate group.

thank you!

Yes this is normal with the Internet Explorer here.
MoonID doesn't support this browser.

You should use another browser like Firefox or Seamonkey or something like that.

Hopefully the issues with Internet Explorer here are fixed later ?

There are ALOT of players who use it & probably won't download another browser "just" to use MoonID , so they won't be able to participate in anything here .

The 3 options on the friends button don't work on IE , but there is alot more that dosn't work with IE either .. like being able to post (LOL that one might be important) . I had to download Google Chrome just so I could post this (or anything here).

Other than the log in, IE is pretty much usless here atm .

As far as I know RMS is searching for a solution, so that the Internet Explorer can be used.

The problem is, that it's not very easy to find a good solution, because even the latest version of the Internet Explorer is not as sophisticated as the other browsers.
Therefore it is very difficult to find a solution that something, that is so complex like the moonID portal, works good in the IE. Actually you can't blame RMS that it does not work, because Mircosoft does a bad job with the IE.

But yes, they are searching for a solution so that the IE will work with the moonID portal.

P.S.: I had the same problem that I wasn't able to answer with the IE 8. At least this problem is solved if you use the IE 9. But the other problems exist furthermore with the IE 9.
