I payed for coins and there was a error and did not recieve my coins, please ad them, 350 coins int4

I have the same problem. I payed for the coins but I didn't recieve them. I don't know what to do.

I bought 2 times coins and got them both times.. But I hear more players with this problem, so Im just lucky I guess.. Problem is that they started a new server but I think they dont keep it up to date.. I never saw a response of an admin... So I think there is nothing you can do :/

Maybe try to make a ticket, but guess it wont work... Sorry...
