Bug Report: I tried but sometimes cannot sending emails to another player, TW Test1 server sometimes say,

"Database error! Please try again!"

Yes, I'm saying that sometimes I can send TW emails to this player, and sometimes TW Test1 refuse to send my email saying "Database error".

Please help to fix this, many thanks!
