Perhaps adding some kind of area to fight NPCs or have you and your guild take part in some kind of group battle?

+1 Some additional activity is definitely required to be done apart from individual battles.

some kind of guild missions would be nice. in which the players of a guild must meet certain weekly objectives for example in order to obtain gold and experience.

for example, get 100 wins among all guild players in the week (obviously this would be done in percentage to the number of members in the guild)

Then there must be an active guild.. I play on a server where apperently im the only active one...
