Hello, the down probably punishes some foreign players, as there were apparently problems at a large backbone, unfortunately we have no influence out of it, our servers are all in Germany and there had unfortunately by the backbone failure the players from some other countries that are routed via the backbone unfortunately the afterglow.
But the problem should actually be solved there if I have read the provider's news correctly, or does anyone else have connection problems?

same problem, all servers KF down tonight.

oh that shouldn't be the case, maybe there was a short break in the night, there was maintenance work on the backbone from chumming, but actually that shouldn't happen.
I'll ask again.

We've deployed a small change that fixes how we handle avatar image sets when deleting player accounts. Changes like this can be deployed without any downtime but in this case we had to roll back the change because sometthing went wrong, resulting in a downtime of 194 seconds.

Maybe it's about time to add a migration-status-page that directly shows when we hit a failure 🤔

even UK7 server monstersgame it says "refuse to connect" but im playing UK8 and Int2 they are fine..kindly fix pls thanks. premium user
