Hello everyone, some of you may have already noticed that messages from support tickets light up, I am currently in the process of closing all old support tickets that are closed, which means that they end up in our support archive.
You always have access to all your tickets via Support, but for us it's clearer that all closed tickets and those waiting for feedback are no longer mixed together :)

The good thing is that I'm almost done, I'll do the rest tomorrow, if you get the info that your ticket has been updated and you don't have a current support ticket you can safely close it :)

i received the following notification on UK 2, 4, 5 and 7:

Dein Ticket #1832 ist aktualisiert worden.

my issue is that i can't login to any of those servers using my Moon ID! i'm wondering if there's a relationship between your housecleaning and my inability to login?

ok... seems to have been a temporary glitch; i'm logged in now
