Dang it

I feel like a broken record. What good is it to have moon coins when it lets my premie run out and not use the 4675 moon coins to spend to keep premie active.

Already reported where it would not let me buy weapon and I was not happy about having to buy jewels to get it.

I know you guys are busy but this stuff has been being submitted on previous tickets and pm's since January.

This many problems to do what sounded like a simple concept of one account to manage all my account makes me glad i have only tried to link one account first.

Is it this hard for everybody on moon id?? If it is not many people will want to use this system

firstly you assume that many people have this problems. But this is wrong. I never got such support-messages before. I think the problem is that you and RMS talk past each other. So I will try to explain you what could maybe be wrong.

I'll begin with your account:
The problem is, that your account isn't connected to moonID as you think. So you are not able to use moonCoins on this server because it is not connected. That's a fact Tommelchen wrote in the support-tickets that you are not able to open (I'll come to this problem later).

So now I will explain you exactly how to link an account to moonID:

1. Go to the normal loginpage of knightfight. Then click on “Log in directly”:

2. After that enter your InGame-Data and your moonID-Data into the form:

3. Submit the form. After that your account will be connected to moonID. You are able to see which accounts are connected to moonID if you click in moonID on the upper menu bar and choose “My Games”. All game accounts which are listed there are really connected to moonID:

If an account is once connected to moonID, you will no longer be able to login with the normal form. You always have to go to moonID, click on “My Games” and then on “Play” at the account you want to play to login.

Okay that was the part of linking an account to moonID. Remember: If an account does not appear at “My Games”, then the account isn’t connected to moonID.

Now I will show you how to open a ticket. That is because of your statements in the other threads I believe that you don’t click on the right point to open a ticket-response.

1. Go to the upper menu bar and choose “Support”. After that go to “Ticket System” and there click on “more”.

2. After that you are able to see all your tickets at the left side of the page. To open a ticket and to see the ticket response you have to click on the title of the ticket.

3. Scroll down and then you are able to see all answers to your ticket and you are able to answer by yourself.

Never had this issue, What Delight is saying makes perfect sense. Did it work?

I can't understand what goes on in play&win.

Sometimes it gives me the points I make.

Sometimes it gives me the points in parenthesis.

Sometimes it doesn't give me any points.

On the first try I can make thousands of points more than the guy one place above me sometimes, but the game gives me 129 points or whatever instead of the 7458 points or whatever I got.

Well, today Play and Win is not loading at all.

Probably a problem with Google Translate.

I will try it tomorrow, the game is horribly bad at Math anyway.
