Dear Play&Win players:

We would like to humbly apologize for the problems you observed regarding the prizes for Play&Win between the 16th of December and today.

Due to bookkeeping and clerical errors exacerbated by the holiday season, we did not manage to process the winner lists until today.

All players listed in the 7 winner lists posted today should have received the stated prize in their moonID account(s).

We will do our best to insure that no further disruptions of this sort appear again!

Yeah I got #2 place on the one that ended earlier in February. Still no word of any prizes.
