I think the English forum also needs an “Off-Topic” area and a “Transfers” area too.

Why wasn't it set up here in parallel, just like in the German forum?

I have no idea why not.

I also think that since we don't have a Spanish or Portuguese forum, we should at least set up a section here for the Latinos, because I know that many of them aren't very good at English. We have a huge number of Latino players, and they shouldn't get lost in the mix here.

Yes, this should definitely be possible in the near future.

With the power of AI translations, we've been seeing more and more of the same users posting in different languages across the forum.
A moderated feed with optional automatic translations — similar to how Reddit handles multilingual communities — could be a real solution here. It would keep everything in one place while still being accessible to everyone, regardless of language.
