I find it very annoying that when I want to do a 1-hour job with my Knight of Light, for example, I have to refresh a 100 times before I FINALLY get a 1-hour mission between the 1-3 our missions.
Additionally, it frustrates me immensely that often only the same missions are repeated. I do play with a Knight of Darkness, but it goes against my principles to choose jobs where I have to kill someone, for example. As a result, I regularly have to refresh incredibly often before I FINALLY get a mission where I only have to steal something, or do another more or less innocent dark mission. Therefore, I would really appreciate it if this were FINALLY resolved.

It would be nice if, when I refresh the page, I see truly totally different missions. For both Knights of Light and Dark Knights, AND when I refresh the page several times, I actually get different jobs, and not just the same ones every time!

I have the same issue with HoD 1 hour tavern on Int 7, it started few weeks ago.

Unless something has changed in "Ye olde days" there was a pool of taverns generated, and we all took our tavern of desire, which refreshed the pool.

If the pool has no jobs that are wanted then the missions don't get reset until a "seed refresh". (was never sure of this frequency)

It's been this way since I started - frustrating yes for sure when you want something and it's not there, but usually I get one within a few mins.

You can also take a tavern job you don't want and then cancel it to remove it from the pool to try to spawn one you do want.

It is very hard to get a 1 hour tavern in general on Int 7, this was never the case before.

So the admins has a job to do. I tried it again. I needed a 1 our job for my dark knight. It took me several minutes and after refreshing the page about 20-30 times (probably more ^- ) , I got only about 5 times a 1 hour mission, the rest so only 2 or 3 hour missions, and the 1 hour ones were always the same mission: 'you will be rewarded for your inhuman deeds'. It does indeed seem like the site is stuck in a certain loop or something. Even if I go to the 4-6 hour missions, and then back again, I get back into the same loop...

Is this a problem for you? The serious problems are elsewhere, such as the promises made by CRATR and not kept.

If I didn't have a problem with it, I would never have started a discussion about it. So YES, I do find it an annoying problem, because if I seriously spend 5 minutes or more before I finally get that one mission, I think that's quite a problem indeed. Especially if I really want to go to bed, or have to go somewhere, I don't feel like having to wait and refresh all that time before I finally get that one mission. In addition, if this has been going on for years, it is quite disappointing, because it seems to me something that is very easy to solve. But please, correct me if i'm wrong...

changing from one screen to the other doesn't change the seeded tavern jobs - there's the need for people to take them out the pool and/or a slow refresh built in.

If there's no players then things get stuck for a while - as said this is not a "new" thing it's happened for years and years.

Hello everyone,
Actually, p_b has already explained it really well: the tavern and the jobs are part of a pool, a sort of quest, and these are regenerated from time to time. Of course, during peak times it can happen that higher-level jobs are all taken; in that case, you’ll unfortunately have to wait until new ones are generated and the current pool has been exhausted.
The system works in the same way as the tavern in KnightFight.

Thanks to p_b for the great explanation :)
