@eric-reiter@orange.fr Well, it is a matter of identification—whether it is your forum username or your in-game character name. If you are not the player in question and the name belongs to someone else—possibly even being used with malicious intent, something I have actually witnessed on INT 5—then the name must be changed. This also applies if you use a company name, as that name is the company's property, not the player's. The company name is protected under trademark law and may therefore only be used by the company itself. If you name your character after the game Knight Fight, that should not be a problem, as the name does not refer to a specific person or group. |
