🌘 A New World Rises — August 7th July 24, 2026

Get ready 🧛& 🐺, MonstersGame is getting its biggest update since a long time — and a brand-new world to go with it.

New technical capabilities have opened doors we didn't think were possible. This isn't just another world — it's a full content update for every world, plus a set of features built exclusively for the new one. (Yes, we know we called Int3 "the last one" — turns out even we underestimated what was still possible. This is the one.)

🏆 Introducing: The Season System

The new world brings something MonstersGame has never had before — seasons.

• Your character stays exactly as it is — no resets, no wipes, progress as usual.
• Every 6 months, a fresh leaderboard kicks off, giving everyone — rookies and veterans alike — a real shot at glory.
• Categories are level-independent (like "most fights won"), so character age won't decide the winner — skill and activity will.
• Top players each season earn exclusive trophies and a permanent spot in the Hall of Fame.

🆕 Content & Polish Update — Rolling Out to ALL Worlds First

Before the new world even launches, every existing world gets a major upgrade on July 30th:

• ⚔️ 55 new weapons & 🛡️ 30 new armors, scaling all the way to level 500
• ⚖️ Re-balanced weapons and armor for smoother, fairer progression
• 🏰 Clans finally matter more than ever — Clan Domiciles now grant a +0.5% defense bonus per level to all members
• 🧪 New players start with 2 healing potions for a smoother entry into the game

The test world was a full success — another huge thank you to all Vampires and Werewolves who fought! The badges have already been distributed. 🩸🐺

Features from the latest updates:

• 🆕 New graveyard jobs up to level 500 — with a smoothed balance curve
• 🛋️ The shop now shows if a weapon has been upgraded 4x (Bloodbath achievement)
• ⚡ Faster loading for the weapon trader
• 🐞 Bugfix for creating duels with custom settings
• 😉 Old design is back as default
• 📊 Level is now shown in the footer
• ➕ Plus many more smaller updates and fixes

Today we moved all existing MonstersGame worlds to the cloud — the full migration is done! ☁️

The test server has ended. Thank you to everyone who joined the fight! ⚔️

The goal of this test world was to test our adjustments and the new hosting environment — and that part worked really well. We fixed a lot of bugs, the new environment is stable, and we're genuinely happy with this result.

We also saw a ton of emotion and non-stop fighting — this was, without a doubt, the hardest-fought test world we've ever run. 🩸

How tournament ranking works

Everyone is ranked in five categories:

1. Loot
2. Gold won
3. Fights won
4. Level
5. Ancestral fights won

1 = best in each category. Your five ranks are added together — lowest total score wins.

Example from the current table:

Player	Loot	Gold	Fights	Level	Anc.	Total
Nyx	2	4	2	1	50.5	59.5
Comtesse	12	1	1	11	50.5	75.5

Nyx leads overall because she's strong across the board (only level 12, top loot & fights). Comtesse is #1 in gold and fights won, but ranks lower in loot and level, so her total is higher.

That's why the leaderboard isn't just "who has the most loot" or "who won the most fights" — balanced play across all five stats wins.

(Tied values share the average rank. Right now almost everyone is tied on ancestral fights, so that category adds the same amount for most players.)

🧛 vs 🐺 Race Check: Nyx has pulled further ahead at the top — the Vampire lead over Comtesse is now 16 points, up from just 3. But the tables have turned below: Werewolves now hold the better average score overall, even though Vampires still claim the #1 spot!
