Your moonID account is at the same time your forum account. If you want to take part in a discussion, you can simply "comment" on the corresponding entry in the forum. If you want to start a new topic in one of the categories, just hit "add topic" and try to make your point as clear as possible.
If you want to complain about insulting or otherwise inappropriate behaviour, please open a ticket via the Ticket System. Try and explain in detail what the problem is. A moderator or an admin will take care of your problem and try to solve your problem. You can stay in touch and will be informed about the process of your entry via the ticket system itself.
The easiest way to link an existing game account to your moonID account is to normally log into your game account, just as you have always done, and then use the "Link to moonID"-button while being logged in to moonID at the same time. The newly linked game world will then appear in your "My Games"-list.
In order to register a game account for one of our games, you simply choose one from the Game List. You can immediately start by hitting the "Play" button - this will take you straight to the momentarily recommended server and ask you to enter the details for your new account. Under "Details" you will find additional information about the game itself, as well as a list of all available servers you can choose from. After having successfully registered a game account, you will find it in your "My Games" list in the toolbar, from where it can also be launched from now on.
If you have found an error or bug in one of our games, please open a new ticket via the Ticket System. Explain in detail what you have encountered, when you noticed it etc. Your ticket will be dealt with as soon as possible.
No, you are only allowed to own and use one moonID account. This is what the Terms and Conditions say about the participation on moonID:
1.2.7 A User is entitled to create and use one account at the moonID portal. This generally also applies to the games offered on moonID. Detailed information is provided in the rules of the respective Game(s). RedMoon Studios GmbH & Co. KG strongly recommends that all Users carefully read the respective rules of the Game(s), as the use of multi-accounts in Games can lead to an immediate ban of the User.
In order to change your e-mail address and/or password, you simply switch to your Profile via the toolbar. There you will find the possibility to enter a new e-mail address and/or password. Please be aware that you might have to verify your newly entered information again!
Using Ukash vouchers is quite simple. On the payment page under Ukash you simply select the package you wish to purchase and enter the voucher code and value of a Ukash voucher that has enough of a balance to cover the costs of your payment. Then you simply click submit!
For example, if you wish to purchase a package for 19.99 Euros and you have a Ukash voucher with a value of 20.00 Euros with the voucher number 6337180312224370636, then the payment page should look like this screenshot:
** IMPORTANT NOTE ** You MUST enter the voucher value as it is shown separated by a period, NOT with a comma, so a 20 Euro voucher is written as the value 20.00 and if you do not write the value correctly, the code will be rejected! Also, do NOT enter the amount you are paying, enter the VALUE of the voucher, that is, the amount the voucher is worth.
moonCOINs will be deducted automatically from your moonCOIN balance by the game.
The game will always first use what is left from the in-game currency (e.g. Blood Crystals) and then deduct the rest from your moonCOIN balance. You will be informed about the costs of your transaction by the game itself.
If you did not receive your moonCOINs after having given some time for the process to be executed, please open a ticket via the Ticket System. Give as many details about your payment issue as possible. We will help you with your problem as fast as possible.
