That's twice I've paid for bs mooncoins and got nothing. Meaning my Knight lost out on missions. And posted twice about it, with no resolution whatsoever. And this, after that fancy message we received about "new management" and all the rest of that shite. Last nickel I spend on this Ponzi scheme. And I did spend. I'll also be initiating cancel-payment procedures with my bank. Buh-bye, croox. |

Hello, after looking into the last PayPal transactions for your account, it seems that the "croox" here are to be found at PayPal. Your payment from the 13th of January at 2:13 a.m. game time was put into the status "pending" by PayPal at 2:17 a.m. game time on the 13th. NOTHING happened again until that transaction was finally marked as "completed" by PayPal today (January 21st) at 4:33 p.m. game time after over 8 days of processing by PayPal. I assume the other transaction you are reporting problems with is the payment from the 18th of January at 6:49 p.m. game time: THAT transaction was marked as "pending" by PayPal at 6:50 p.m. and is STILL pending as I write this... I am sure that the current status and history of these payments can also be seen in your PayPal account. I cannot tell you why PayPal is waiting so long to complete the transaction, but we do not and will not credit any Premium currency until PayPal tells us that the transaction has been completed successfully, I think you will understand that. I certainly do apologize for the fact that your transactions are occasionally being processed so slowly, but PayPal being slow does not make RedMoon crooks and we have no influence over this problem at all. :-/ Regards, |

I see. So in your world, the Customer is Always Wrong. Your own website (this one, under Purchases) lists them including yet another on 21 January that I have yet to be credited for. I've no idea why you have issues with PayPal, but they are your issues, not mine. |

I see no purchase from the 21st of January whatsoever, the only pending payment is the one I already listed above, the one from the 18th of January that is STILL pending. For clarity here is a list of all payments and credits from the 9th of December until now. Transactions in the payment system (your payments, the amounts were edited out!) Transactions in MoonID (credits to your moonID account, amounts were edited out!) From this list it is clear to see that the only outstanding credit is 6978014 from the 18th of January. No one said you are "wrong", I stated that it is not really reasonable to label RedMoon as "croox" when we have no control over the amount of time PayPal needs to process your payments. If you are MISSING credits, I need concrete information about what you paid for that has not been credited to your moonID account, other than the above-mentioned 6978014. |
