Hello everyone is a long time we have in the guild one account but it is suspended also we can't remove him from the guild and if you click on him name the page say "player not found"
the server is 9 italian and our guild is [=43=] The Darkness
the name of the account in the discussion is "Fior di loto"

Can you open a support ticket for us?
with guild ID and ID of the user that cannot be removed.
