It can be a litte bit frustrating to find 12h mission on "the ugly" side...

I was looking for 12h tavern mission for more than 4 minutes refreshing it more than 100 times and still no 12h missions for "-" and for good side it was almost 1-2 in 1 refresh...

I take for 11 hours.

On wich world you can't find 12 hours missions?

This is random, there are x missions in the tavern, if they are used up you have to see if new ones are generated.

Here you can read again :
Sometimes there are no orders for xy hours
