Guten Abend. Ich hätte gerne eine Antwort auf mein Ticket 4625, das am 12. August eröffnet wurde.
Da ich nicht wusste, wie es geht, schrieb ich hier. Danke

wenn du einmal in das Ticket reinschauen würdest, hättest du gesehen das du eine Antwort am 12. August 2020 19:59 bekommen hast :)

You have to excuse me but I'm not German so I prefer to write in English. I immediately read the response to the ticket but it seems to me that this says that the ticket was processed by you. I wanted to know if possible the answer to its content, that is if I can replace my pg from server 15 with that from server 8.

Server DE8 started in 2008, DE15 in Dec 2019. I believe your Char is to strong for DE15. If is he not to strong, he is too weak and you better start a new char at DE15 ;-)

That's exactly how it looks like, recently we also noticed that it's not so good to move accounts and causes more problems.
But I ask this again.
What is certain is that no accounts will be moved to KF DE 15
