Mea Culpa, it has been quiet here for a long time, too long! These are the reasons:
we roll out the Battleground relaunch today, everything is new. Nudists zombies are history, zombies are abundant, the BE goes higher. So that you can test in detail and find your way around again, the well-known Battleground action starts immediately. What a nut!
Turned out to be an even bigger and harder nut to crack and unfortunately we had to scrap our existing approach and are now starting all over again. In order to get the project on the desired flight level in the next attempt, we have brought back an experienced producer in Dan, who will also push the project with the game funding. One thing is for sure, the next MonstersGame will be strongly mobile based.
To ensure that we are also prepared in this area, we took a huge opportunity and merged with a Hamburg-based company that has already successfully launched three mobile games. So we get games, with Atlas a technical base and with Stephan and Dino two new super shareholders and top developers in the crater.
Heart of Muriet
Microtale and Matthias are making fantastic progress in the world of Muriet. Here we go with a Kickstarter in the next few weeks and in all likelihood, then a Steam Early Access in the first quarter of next year. On Steam Wishlists is already going.
Thanks to the Hamburg-based initiative Gamecity, we will be presenting Heart of Muriet at Gamescom in the Indie Arena Booth, i.e. at our own booth. Game designer Matthias will be in Cologne this weekend, while Patti, Dan, a! and I will be holding down the fort in sections and are of course looking forward to your visit.
In any case we wish you a peaceful summer, stay healthy, have fun in the CRATR.games and as meanwhile already good tradition, we want to thank you for your loyalty with the Summertime Premium Action: 👉 Premium Action
Have a good time!

It's great that they still have more projects, but I can't help but feel disappointed about Monstersgame, since we have been waiting since 2019 and we still haven't had any news, or anything like that, I would like them to show more interest in it, and before the end of the year, there would be a new server, I know they have said that there won't be one until the new version, but I think it would serve a lot to pass the time, and bring old players back to the game, while we wait for the new version of Monstersgame, if they had done that in 2019 the game would be more active, and there would be more people with more expectations, I like the idea of a mobile version, as it could attract more players, I hope you take my opinion into account, as many friends feel the same way.

Please do not be surprised: While rolling out the KnightFight Battleground update, another dramatic bug popped up. We have restored the old state for now and are working on the revision.

Hello, Redmoonstudios was only taken over in 2019, and it was first looked at what exactly is the matter and it was started to bring all the technical things up to date, only in the course / end of 2020 the project for MG was planned and checked until we decided that MonstersGame must be reprogrammed from scratch, and this was done, but this was already done as CRATR.games.
Unfortunately, it can also happen during development that you are at a certain point and then realise that it's not going to work and you can't get any further.
You can't believe how hard it was to make the decision to say okay, everything is back from the beginning, you don't make a decision like that overnight, and it requires a lot of thought, because time, resources and money have been invested in this version that is already in development, which means that it is then naturally gone.
Yes, there are more projects, but Heart of Muried, for example, is being made by another developer for us, Gameroasters has now joined us and with it even 2 more developers who are also very well versed in mobile gaming, which will be a very big advantage for Monstersgame.
So believe us, making the decision about MonstersGame was anything but easy, and we know today that we announced way too early that we are starting to rewrite it.
We just want to try to inform better and more, even if it won't be such happy news.
