Hi there.

Tried to do the Bank transfer but seems there is no Bic/Swiftand also no address which my bank is requesting.

also if I use other ways of paying does it mean I get less credits?

Hello,

we use IBAN for the European payment area, you can open a support ticket and tell us for which country you want to make a transfer, for some countries a transfer is unfortunately not possible.
