Web-based games are still very popular in Turkey. However, when we want to make in-game purchases for premium and various features, there are very limited opportunities. For example, the first 2 purchase methods in the Gemstone purchase window for Turkey servers do not work. We request help with this issue and improvement in fees.

Good morning,
Unfortunately, some providers currently no longer accept certain currencies, and there is nothing the developers can do at the moment except deactivate the two packages so that they are no longer displayed.

The other parcels in euro should be accepted by the provider, and it is not only Turkey that is affected, but currently Spain, Mexico and some more.
