in the settings page. what does the ICQ number mean? Im not sure what to put there and i dont skype which is the empty box below that so i guess i just leave that one blank?

ICQ is a now defunct messaging service like the others there.... should really be removed by the devs.

Hello ICQ was discontinued on 26.06.2024 it was one of the most widely used messengers.
The revision for profiles etc. will certainly be time, but that is rather far down on our list of priorities.
