sry i dont know where to ask ...dao pay is not working anymore ? i cant recharge ( from România)

when i call for recharge it says that i cant dial that number, i've tried multiple calls ... I use the dao pay for 18 years ... Last time it was 3 Months ago and it works then... but now they get me out from the call it says something ... " we are sorry but this number is innacesible "

still nothing ? it seems that I Will give up pay Money to play the game if it wont work anymore
