First of all, a huge thank you for all your support and the many great ideas – even in these final hours 🙏

Unfortunately, we’ve discovered a last-minute showstopper that forces us to postpone the planned launch of the new world.

We’re working hard to fix the issue and are confident things will be back on track in the coming days.

🕒 Of course, your premium time will be synced with the new launch – no time will be lost.

Thanks again for your understanding – we’ll keep you posted!

I can't say I'm too upset about the delay. I'm aware it's still a bad situation. But it's up to you, the admins, to turn this into an advantage. What advantage could it be?
You could send an announcement to all servers about the new server. This way, we can reach a wider audience.
I started playing this game in 2004 and have returned to the game periodically since then.
Currently, a new server is opening, and only 154 people have registered.

I don't know if that's enough for you, but it's not enough for us, the players. Please announce it through the servers to reach a wider audience. I'm sure we can increase participation this way.

Besides this, you mentioned that there will be changes to the new server, but you haven't provided any details about them. Do you plan to announce anything after the new server launches? Or will people have to figure it out for themselves?

I hope you'll work on making 99 stars on the war server more effective. The game becomes a bit redundant for players who reach that star.

Finally, and most importantly for me, one of the updates that will breathe new life into the game is whether there will be item improvements. Will there be new items? I hope you've addressed these in the updates.

Have a good quest. [ Emrys ]

Emrys makes a good point! It would be a good idea to take advantage of this delayed launch to put up a pop-up message (similar to the messages announcing promotions) on all servers to announce the launch of the new server! Some people don't visit the forum very often, so they'll miss the information. Given the opportunity to start from scratch, I think a lot of people would be interested. :)

Thanks for your thoughts and the constructive angle.
We agree that the delay can be used to reach more players, and we’re already looking into broader announcements across worlds 👍

A major point is the new fight system, which will also impact the Battleground. After some discussions last week the overall in-game relevance of the Battleground will be reduced. The new world will also launch with a responsive design for better play on mobile devices. Some details will be revealed before launch, others are meant to be discovered while playing...

We appreciate your long-time support — since 2004 is no small feat — and we’ll do our best to make the new start worth it ✌️

Also we will also launch a huge marketing campaign for the launch and beyond.
Our first newsletter in years will go out soon, and we still have a bit of time to find the perfect name for the new world…

With your help, we hope to bring a wave of fresh squires into the realm.
Your support is more than welcome!

What you said about the battle server caught my eye. I'd appreciate it if you could explain the phrase "less impact on the game." Because that's what I understand: No matter how much we fight on the battle server, it will be difficult to catch players who destroy mooncoins and boost stats. Perhaps even impossible. This couldn't make the game playable. I understand that those who invest money can become leaders even if they play less.
I think the current battle server system works quite well. Those who put in the time and effort are progressing. Those who don't are falling behind. To compensate, they can try to catch up by using mooncoins to boost stats, or they can accept it and continue like this. I don't see a problem with that, actually.

Other than that, I believe you'll do your best. I wish you the best in your future endeavors. [Emrys]

Hello.

This will allow players to compete longer, but you will declare the kingdom of those who spend mooncoins and improve themselves in the game. We saw similar examples in Int6 and it took me almost a year to catch them playing battleground.
I believe people have been playing this long because this game isn't a pay-to-win game. The diminishing importance of the Battleground completely diminishes people's enjoyment of the game and stops dreaming of catching the strongest players on the servers.

I'll reiterate what I wrote on another forum page: 100 battles a day is too few for me, but some players can't complete it. If Battleground revenue and experience drops to allow for this competition, it will be harder to catch those who spend Mooncoins and improve stats. Be as competitive as you want, maintain a good strategy, but it will be harder to catch up.

It's a bit of a complicated topic. The most difficult task falls to you.

Have a good day,
Best Regards.

Pappas, thanks for your comment. You raised some interesting points. Personally, I disagree with the thinking you presented. It's not true that a battle server can catch players who spend a lot of gold on stats at the beginning of the game. INT 6 showed that these players finish the game quickly.

Secondly, your statement gives the impression that you're a "free player." On INT 6, you spend enormous amounts of mooncoins on your armor, shields, swords, and rings. 2,000 there, 3,000 there, and another 1,500 there. The truth is, you spend far more mooncoins on a single server than those who quickly increased their stats there at the beginning of the game. Let's take an example. Player X bought stats on INT 6 for 100,000 mooncoins and quit the game after 2 months. You spent 100,000 mooncoins over 2 years. Time is irrelevant. 100,000 = 100,000. Pure math. Some spend mooncoins on 150 battle sessions of 400 attacks each, while others prefer to spend them on stats. Everyone has the right to do what they want. No one is better or worse. Personally, I think it's better to buy stats at the beginning of the game and finish quickly than to play 12-14 hours a day for several years.

Continuing. You say that 100 attacks a day isn't enough for you. However, this game wasn't created solely for you, but for hundreds or thousands of people. While playing 10-12 hours a day without a break isn't a problem for you, for 99.99% of people, it's discouraging. If Cratr.Games allowed 300 attacks a day, there would be people playing 24/7. The question is, if this game supposed to create addicted lunatics or just provide entertainment? Read other players' reviews of the battle server to see that it's widely criticized. Not just on the forum, but many people are talking about it in private messages. Read Gaja, Twenry, and TragisKko's post: https://moonid.net/forums/topic/7430/

How long will the delay be? Is it more like a few hours, a few days, or a few weeks? ;)

It’s more than just a few days — likely around one to two weeks, but definitely not more than three. If we can master this challenge sooner, we’ll launch ASAP.

1–2 weeks? The day before launch, a vague issue suddenly arises that will take up to two weeks to resolve? It’s the exact same situation that occurred before the launch of INT6. Frankly, I find that quite odd.

Hypothetically speaking, if this “showstopper” were, even in part, a way to allow more players time to register, then that intention would at least be understandable. However, if that is the case, I’d appreciate your honesty. In fact, I believe it’s something you owe to your players—transparency is key to maintaining trust and loyalty, as I’m sure you’re aware.

Please know that I mean no offense, nor am I trying to throw accusations. I love the game and genuinely appreciate the work your team puts into it. I speak as a player who’s excited for the new server, yet disappointed by its postponement. I hope you understand.

I'm excited about the new server. My first server was US 1. I played a long time, but have also been away for a very long time. just saw the announcement of international 7 last night. Have already signed up and changed the looks of my knight, this server will be my first one starting from the very begining, and being premium from the start. Looking forward to seeing if I see anyone I know.
Happy Hunting!!!
