Not sure if I'm the only one - so thought I'd put a post up and see if I'm missing something.

But I find this forum software really really difficult to navigate from my pserspective

there's no way to see if a thread has been posted on without looking at the date on the top level
there's no way to see where a new comment is added if it nested in other comments/replies
there's no way to expand all the comments to a reply to see the full picture
No way to jump to the last read post on a thread/topic
No way to jump to page X of Y in the responses without scrolling to the bottom of page1

It makes it really really difficult imo to use this properly as a forum as it's so hard to keep track of resposes.

so please If I'm being stupid can some-one point out to me where I can change a setting to make it better?

Or if not - can I suggest that something is done to make the forums more easily usable?

You’re not alone — those features aren’t hidden, they just don’t exist in the current forum software.
We agree better navigation (last unread post, expand replies, etc.) would help a lot, and we’ll pass this on for future updates.
Thanks for the “Latest” view tip, that can definitely help track active threads for now.

Yes, I agree with that, as does CVD. We have often discussed the topic of forums and functions.
