My account has 2,380 moonCOINs (it appears at the top right corner).

When I try to buy something inside the game, the following message appears:
"You do not have enough Premium currency to carry out the desired action! moonCOINs can be purchased in the moonID portal."

I had previously purchased moonCOINs on one server and then switched to another. I added more money afterward and still can’t use them. What should I do?

Did you try to ask the admins via ticket system?
