My account has 2,380 moonCOINs (it appears at the top right corner). When I try to buy something inside the game, the following message appears: I had previously purchased moonCOINs on one server and then switched to another. I added more money afterward and still can’t use them. What should I do? |

Sometimes you have to log in again for the new number of Moon Coins to appear. If, after logging in again, the number of available Moon Coins is still displayed before purchase, please create a ticket as described above. It also makes a difference how you purchased the Moon Coins. With bank transfers, it takes up to 2 days for the coins to be credited.With PayPal, for example, the Moon Coins are credited immediately. |

Yes, but since they hadn't responded yet, I tried here.
It ended up working, I switched servers, and the other server I went to worked without me doing anything.
