You're certainly not alone with this question. There are definitely a few others who have the same impression by now. ^^

But you should start a new thread or a ticket for that. As long as it stays objective, without mentioning names or nationalities, we can discuss it, but it doesn't belong here in this "Valentine's" post :)

Why would they bother to answer questions and provide information to their community they're "in it together with" when they can give away free 300 MC's...

Yes this is sarcastic, yes this is rude, and yes it's probably not the best way to make the request.

But I'm pretty much fed up of asking nicely, being told info will be shared and then nothing appears. Or what does appear is so vague it's useless.
EG "Our focus is on KF, MG and Moonid" - well if you're not focusing on those 3 things day to day - what else are you doing?

It took me about 30 minutes to compile my list, which showed that something was definitely wrong. I did this while I was working—during my break—and it was all for nothing. 😆

But I suppose neither I nor the others will get any answers.

I think, unfortunately, unpleasant things are ignored until things calm down and eventually, they're forgotten. 😕

On the one hand, we should be grateful that the games KF and MG have been around for so long and that there are perks like these full moon promotions.

Nevertheless, it happens that players who pay for these things are presented with a fait accompli. And that's not right. Paying customers should always be involved. Questions must be answered. I know that you can't make a living running a game like this and that you have a day job. Nevertheless, this is a registered business, and we are the customers. Many other companies would have gone bankrupt long ago if they ignored their customers like this.

And that speaks volumes for us. After all these years, we've remained loyal to KF and/or MG. Despite all the recurring questions, some of which were never answered. 😅

Developing greater transparency towards customers (us) is one of the most effective strategies for building trust and increasing customer loyalty. It means communicating honestly and openly about open questions, company processes (this refers, for example, to recent new decisions and innovations within these games), as well as problems or errors that have occurred.

And that's exactly what the loyal, long-time KF and/or MG players are missing.

Yes, it's true, I agree with you. As long as we continue to favor certain individuals who are corrupting this game, we shouldn't be buying gems anymore.

Hello, I'm new here, but I've watched my parents play for many years and I've noticed that it's players like you who are polluting this game with your underhanded tactics. I think that if the administrators aren't saying anything, it's because there's a real problem.
