for weeks I have waited for answers to my question.
WHY are there no undead 2h at the range of 12-13.5

WHY do you add naked zombies for nolifers to spam 2-4x xp
https://se2.knightfight.moonid.net/battleserver/player/2953317691/

WHY did you offer a service where we could do things for mooncoins (offerwall), and when paying for the garbage things, spending time to get the mooncoins, they don't get paid out, and I am refered to offerwall. WHEN ITS YOU OFFERING THE SERVICE. not even a compensation, nothing.

Why are you only using AI.

Why are you promising new things but not able to deliver?

Why are you saying "new things are coming, we have planned stuff etc etc etc."

Why lie? do you have a plan? is this just your cashcow that you continue milking
"as long as they are paying, we don't need to do anything, even if some complain" mentality

Why so much frustration?
First of all – thank you for taking the time to write this out. We know it came from a place of real frustration, and that frustration deserves real answers.

1) Where do you ask?
We respond through our forum and ticket system. If your question went unanswered for weeks, that's not acceptable – and we're sorry. Please send your question again as a ticket so we can make sure it doesn't fall through the cracks.

2) No undead 2H in the 12–13.5 range
There's no guarantee on specific enemy spawns – the distribution follows probabilities, not a fixed plan. Think of it like real life: nature doesn't promise you'll see a specific creature in a specific place. If you suspect something is systematically off, please open a ticket with your server, timeframe, and character level – we'll take a look.

3) Naked zombies giving 2–4x XP to no-lifers
That's a bug, not a feature. Please open a ticket about it – we can disable it specifically for your server once it's properly reported.

4) Offerwall – paid, completed tasks, no payout
We hear you, and we understand how frustrating that is – you invested your time in good faith. The Offerwall runs through a third-party provider, but you are our player, not theirs. Please resend your ticket with the exact offer name and a timestamp. We'll investigate and make sure this gets resolved.

5) Why are you only using AI?
We use AI for marketing content because it allows a small team to produce more, faster. We currently use no AI inside the games themselves. We want to be transparent about that distinction.

6) Why promise new things and not deliver?
Building on decade-old MMO technology with a small team is genuinely hard. Every change is like open-heart surgery on a living system – one wrong move can break things for thousands of players. We're not making excuses, that's simply the reality of maintaining games like these.

7) Why keep saying "new things are coming"?
You're right to call that out. We've taken it to heart and changed our approach: we now communicate only when things are actually finished and ready – no more early announcements that raise expectations we can't always meet on schedule.

8) Is this just a cashcow?
No. We have invested significant private money and a lot of personal time to keep these games alive – not because it's profitable, but because we genuinely believe they are cultural gems that deserve a future. The long-term goal is to rebuild them on a modern foundation. That's not a PR line. It's why we're still here.

Thank you – and thank you to every player who stays, criticizes, and pushes us to do better. That's exactly what we need. 🙏

I don't think that any-one that interacts with IT is un-aware of the concept of tech debt & the challenge it causes all companies.

  1. Why keep saying "new things are coming"?
You're right to call that out. We've taken it to heart and changed our approach: we now communicate only when things are actually finished and ready – no more early announcements that raise expectations we can't always meet on schedule.

There is a huge difference with making an announcement about a feature that is "ready to ship" as per the new battle system supposedly being ready for INT7 launch & then the complete radio silence on the whole topic. (I think we're now 6 months after that first announcement and still no info on it - not even whether it's ready but what it's actually going to entail!)

My interpretation of point 7 is that you're now not going to say a thing until you deliver "something at some point"

  • How does that inspire your community?
  • How does that make the community feel "We're in it together"?

KF seems to be dying - The mishandling of transfers of accounts into INT5 without any explanation is a factor, the grindy nature of the BG that has broken the game balance another, no new equipment for years + the BG blown up the XP/levels so this is even more of a thing, there's rife toxicity on the (eng) fourm, discord interation is zero in the english channels & almost radio silence from Cratr on any topics.

You mentioned that your focus is on KF, MG & moonid - but no details on what that focus is. And It's like me saying "my focus is on my company's products and my clients" - sorry to be rude but that's a total bullshit statement; it means absoutely nothing.

  • If you weren't focused on those 3 things, what are you doing instead?

We all understand you're a small team - but one developer cannot make any rapid progress when they are the sole person that adds features, re-factors code/removes tech debt for 3 seperate code lines + does 3rd line tech support tasks for all 3.
Being honest with your prorities of what is "needed" vs "wanted" would be a start - EG if you've "got" to fix the moonid platform then telling us that's the real focus would be a step in the right direction etc.

Clear communication and openness is the way forward - Radio silence is not going to win you back any players who are leaving/have left or generate feelings of goodwill within the community.

I can't believe that I have to write that (again).

You're right, and I'm not going to argue with any of that.

The battle system announcement for INT7 was a mistake – not because the feature doesn't exist, but because we announced it before it was truly ready to ship. It's still being worked on. That's the honest answer, and I should have said that months ago instead of going quiet. That silence wasn't a strategy, it was us heads-down trying to fix things while underestimating how that looks from the outside. It looks like we don't care. We do.

On the "focus" point – fair. So let me be specific: right now the moonID platform is the primary technical focus because it underpins all games. Without a stable auth and account layer, nothing else we ship holds up. That's not an excuse for slow progress on KF features, but it is the honest priority order.

You're also right that one developer across three codebases is not a sustainable setup for meaningful feature work. We know that. We're working on it – but I won't announce timelines until something is real.

What I can commit to: regular short updates – even when the update is "still working on X, no ETA yet". No hype, no promises, just a signal that we're still here and still moving. Starting now.

Thank you for writing this. Again.

Thanks for that CVD - I was sure that it wasn't apathy, but sadly that's how it looked from the outside.

MoonID and account security is important so while we don't get more/new toys to play with, it's fully understandable it's the priority for you all.

A monthly update of "we've done XYZ" would be great to see going forwards - thanks for that.

Maybe a rolling quarterly "primary focus" kinda statement might help too - Again doesn't need to be loads of details; just so we have an idea of "what next"

EG Current Qtr = Focus is on updating the MoonId authentication & underlying platform.
Next Qtr - Complete MoonId coding and bug-squishing & start on XYZ Feature.

...and meanwhile, on International 5, the "transfers" born between 2007 and 2010 continue to act like bullies and bully original server players born 13 years later... and all this thanks to the "work" done by the administrators. Personally, I won't spend even a single euro on gems again; it's not worth it. And so should everyone who feels cheated and defrauded by this despicable situation.

hey –
thanks for sharing this – the balance concerns around the INT5 transfers are something we're aware of and taking seriously.

We've reached out to you via support ticket and are waiting for your reply. Please check your inbox and respond there so we can look into this properly.

CVD, are you really taking Apulus's comments seriously? He's level 123 and has a battle efficiency of around 19.0-2.0. I can build such an account in one year. Do you think that on a server that's been under a six-year ban, we should open a protective umbrella over players who didn't want to take advantage of the opportunity to develop their character during those six years?

Furthermore, I'd like to ask if you've resolved the issue of Apulus insulting other players on INT 5 and 7. He called them hyenas, cattle, and compared them to worms. I wrote about it on the forum, and my original screenshots were deleted. If you don't believe me, ask other players on INT 5 and INT 7 if this is true. Did you do that?

By the way, carefully check the tickets from late 2023 and early 2024. Apulus was punished by the Patti administrator for racist insults against the American people. Patti deleted his profile on INT 2-4.

This man hasn't changed at all and is generating conflict. If he stops buying coins (that's what he's threatening you with), my friends and I will buy several packs for 200 euros each. You won't lose. So be brave.

Good morning JDA,

Insults are never pleasant, but unfortunately, posting screenshots in the forum doesn't help. At the time of an insult, it shouldn't be deleted. Instead, a screenshot should always be taken, and a support ticket should always be created so that we can respond quickly to such issues.

Have a nice start to your Tuesday.

always take a screenshot and create a support ticket so we can respond

Patti, what if such a description appears for 2-3 minutes and then quickly disappears? Or at least for a few hours, when no one from CRATR is online. I assume Apulus is unpunished in such a case, since screenshots aren't evidence? Apulus does this all the time. I understand that calling in very vulgar way is legal if it only lasts a few hours, right?

A month ago, Apulus created a multi-account on INT 5 and sent my friend a very vulgar message with sexual insults. From what I know (everyone from our community know) it took you a week, or even two, to delete Apulus's multi-account. You say you acted quickly, right? As you can see, Apulus didn't take any responsibility for this.

That's why my friends totally destroyed his guilds on every server.

Why does this JDA continue to slander and insult me, and you allow it? I even opened a ticket about it, but to no avail. When will you stop this gentleman from continuing to slander me? And if I said the same things about him, would I go unpunished like him?

@cvd and Patti :

I find this forum very transparent these days, and Cratr should definitely update the forum rules so everyone knows what's allowed and what isn't.

So, am I allowed to just publicly humiliate and shame anyone here? I mean, drag them through the mud completely?

Reopening of the "Wall of Shame"?
And you didn't even announce it! 😅

If this is the case, you're driving away long-time players, you should be aware of that. Because if everyone here can drag others through the mud with impunity, the players you don't help will turn their backs on you. Unfortunately, that's because they feel abandoned by you. Such public shaming doesn't belong in the forum.
