If we expect CRATR to respect us—the gaming community—then we should also show them respect. When we say that we “pay,” we’re putting ourselves in the role of the Lord and CRATR in the role of the servant. I don’t think this is the right approach, and it certainly doesn’t foster an atmosphere of mutual dialogue and goodwill. Minor glitches are a fact of life, and over the years they’ve been extremely rare, and the KnigyFight administration responds immediately, even late at night and on weekends.
