As I mentioned for me, server switches disrupt established balances and create frustration for players who have worked hard to build their position. I therefore believe that the solution to the situation that has been created due to the movements between servers, could be solved with the creation of a new server dedicated to these movements.
With clear rules to be decided possibly with the widest possible collaboration of new and old players, all those who wish to compare themselves with their best characters could, only if they wanted to, be moved to a new server dedicated to this. The birth of the new server could be linked, for example, only to the achievement of a precise number of memberships (if the players are too few it would not make sense) and perhaps accompanied by a certain number of undead to allow everyone to cover and attacks on characters who lose gold. A great and correct collaboration between players in the rules and structure of this new server could restore enthusiasm and avoid mistakes at a minimum.
