About a week ago Monstersgame US World 1 Crashed/updated not sure what happened, but it was down for 2 days. Then I was able to log back in, but My lvl dropped from 167 to 161, all my stats dropped by 10 including my sentinel attributes by 10 and 2 ancestral battles were gone. What is going on?!?

I have still have not received any kind of reply from anyone. I pay good hard earned money to be a premium member and this is the kind customer service I get?
