Games

• Can I convert Jewels / drops of blood into Mooncoins ?
  Unfortunately it is not possible to convert game currency into Mooncoins.
  When buying ingame, the in-game currency is always paid first and the rest is paid with MoonCoins.
• How do I open an account for one of the featured games?
  In order to register a game account for one of our games, you simply choose one from the Game List. You can immediately start by hitting the "Play" button - this will take you straight to the momentarily recommended server and ask you to enter the details for your new account. Under "Details" you will find additional information about the game itself, as well as a list of all available servers you can choose from. After having successfully registered a game account, you will find it in your "My Games" list in the toolbar, from where it can also be launched from now on.
• How do I link an existing account to my moonID account?
  The easiest way to link an existing game account to your moonID account is to normally log into your game account, just as you have always done, and then use the "Link to moonID"-button while being logged in to moonID at the same time. The newly linked game world will then appear in your "My Games"-list.
• I found an error/a bug in one of the games - What do I do now?
  If you have found an error or bug in one of our games, please open a new ticket via the Ticket System. Explain in detail what you have encountered, when you noticed it etc. Your ticket will be dealt with as soon as possible.

Payment

• How do I use moonCOINs in a game?
  moonCOINs will be deducted automatically from your moonCOIN balance by the game.
  
  The game will always first use what is left from the in-game currency (e.g. Blood Crystals) and then deduct the rest from your moonCOIN balance. You will be informed about the costs of your transaction by the game itself.
• Where can I transfer my moonCoins to others?
  Unfortunately this is not possible to do by the player himself.
  However, you can make a request with a ticket in the Ticket-System and the support team will do it for you.
• What can I do if I did not receive my moonCOINs?
  If you did not receive your moonCOINs after having given some time for the process to be executed, please open a ticket via the Ticket System. Give as many details about your payment issue as possible. We will help you with your problem as fast as possible.

• Where can I find the Ticket System?
  The support ticket system can be found here : Support, and you can create a ticket here : Create a new ticket
• What do I do if my operating system is not available ?
  Simply select "Other operating system" in the Support Ticket System, and then simply enter the operating system you use under "Description".

Forums

• How can I take part in a forum discussion?
  Your moonID account is at the same time your forum account. If you want to take part in a discussion, you can simply "comment" on the corresponding entry in the forum. If you want to start a new topic in one of the categories, just hit "add topic" and try to make your point as clear as possible.
• I have been insulted in one of the discussions - Where can I complain?
  If you want to complain about insulting or otherwise inappropriate behaviour, please open a ticket via the Ticket-System. Try and explain in detail what the problem is. A moderator or an admin will take care of your problem and try to solve your problem. You can stay in touch and will be informed about the process of your entry via the ticket system itself.

moonID

• How can I change my e-mail address and/or password?
  In order to change your e-mail address and/or password, you simply switch to your Profile via the toolbar. There you will find the possibility to enter a new e-mail address and/or password. Please be aware that you might have to verify your newly entered information again.
• Can I delete my MoonID account?
  Yes this is possible under your profile, for this you go to Data. Make sure that you have deleted your game accounts first.
• Can I have more than one moonID account?
  No, you are only allowed to own and use one moonID account. This is what the Terms and Conditions say about the participation on moonID:
  
  1.2.7 A User is entitled to create and use one account at the moonID portal. This generally also applies to the games offered on moonID. Detailed information is provided in the rules of the respective Game(s). RedMoon Studios GmbH & Co. KG strongly recommends that all Users carefully read the respective rules of the Game(s), as the use of multi-accounts in Games can lead to an immediate ban of the User.
• Where are moonXP and what can I do with them?
  Unfortunately, nothing can be done with the moonXP at the moment, other players only see how active you are in the portal through your level. In short, "at the moment" is only for the eye.

• Is there a chat or similar?
  Yes there is an official CRATR.games Discord Chat you will find here : CRATR.games Discord there you can chat and chat with each other, detailed instructions can be found in MGwiki and KFwiki
• What do I do in case of spam messages or insults per moonid message ?
  If you are insulted or spammed in the Moonid portal you can "report" the message directly, the support ticket form will open where you can enter further information.
  Wait until the support has processed your ticket.
